Uni-Q Series 2: Episode 3
19th March, 2010You’ve seen the previews, and now we’re proud to present Episode 3 in this series of Uni-Q.
Our hosts Gavin and Sofia were at the Abbey College in Birmingham, and they were joined by Labour MP Steve McCabe, former International Development Secretary Clare Short, and Tory candidate Jo Barker. Our panel and the audience thrashed out their differences on international aid and the forthcoming party leaders’ election debates, before wrestling with the political hot potato chosen by our audice: the war in Afghanistan.
Uni – Q was brought to you by Catch21 Productions & The Independent and is sponsored by The University of Hull
Uni-Q is the UK's regular political show for young people. The show is really set to make its mark in the run-up to the election, with some great guests and exciting shows. Something has stayed the same, though - it's still our mission to get all around the UK putting young people in touch with politics. We give you the chance to put the big questions to our panel direct! Watch more in this series »
