We are the UK’s first political internet television channel based at Westminster – run by young people, for young people. Whenever you have a question, comment or view that you want heard we'll make sure it happens, right here, in the heart of power. Catch21 is here for you and is here to stay.

The Government has launched a new scheme called JoinIn, which is aimed at getting young people to tell politicians their ideas. We caught up with Minister for Youth Citizenship and Engagement, Dawn Butler, to find out more about what the government is doing for young people. In this interview, Catch21’s Tom Johnson asks Dawn about the new government scheme, using technology to engage young people, and her views on the Votes at 16 campaign.

To find out more about the new scheme, called JoinIn, log on to the website, direct.gov.uk/joinin.
